Levco Management LLC of Wayne, NJ is the property manager for the (former) Kmart Shopping Center located at 140 State Route 10,Randolph NJ. The center is in the midst of a massive transformation after the departure of such long term key tenants as Subway, Radio Shack, Blockbuster Video, Pathmark and Kmart.
Levco has recently signed a lease with Noches de Columbia restaurant for spaces #22 (8,160 square feet), they also have a new Dentist opening in the fall of 2016 and we have significant interest (+/-40,000SF) for portions of the former Kmart building. They are beginning renovations in conjunction with the Noches de Columbia’s architect and are proceeding to reface the entire shopping center.

In August of 2016, Kmart’s lease (94,349 square feet) expired at our (former) “Kmart Plaza” Shopping Center (+/- 252,000 square feet). The current Landlord developed the center and this was the site of the first Kmart store in the state of New Jersey.
New anchor tenants will have the privilege of the “million dollar sign recognition” directly on Route 10 West (the “going home side” of the highway) @ the intersection of South Salem Street. The space is now available. We are now marketing +/-120,000 square feet of prime contiguous retail space, to suit your requirements. The parking ratio is 6.25 /1000 square feet of leasable area. The traffic count is +/-49,000+ cars on Route 10 and +/-22,000 cars on South Salem Street. There is a full turnaround at the intersection of Route 10 and South Salem Street
We have completely replaced the roof over the in-line stores. We are in the process of refurbishing the center’s façade (see attached rendering) to reflect a “downtown” feel and to complement the modern look of LA FITNESS.
